Welcome to Riptide Retreat – Your Peaceful Oceanfront Getaway

Relax to the sound of waves and soak in breathtaking sunsets at Riptide Retreat, a secluded 2-acre oceanfront home perfectly situated between Ocean Shores and Seabrook. This peaceful, dog-friendly retreat offers privacy, comfort, and direct seasonal beach access via a private walking path (7–8 min walk, available summer/early fall). Prefer to drive? The public Copalis Beach entrance is just 2 minutes away.

Please note: Beach path is closed Winter/Spring due to seasonal flooding and reopens in late June (weather depending). Bikes and motorized vehicles strictly prohibited on beach path and dunes.

Guest Requirements:
6 Guests maximum allowed.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Host must be notified if any additional guests (up to 2 max) will be visiting during the daytime. Additional guest fees apply: $25 per guest per day. No more than 6 total guests overnight permitted. If this occurs, you will forfeit the remaining days of your stay and any funds already paid. VRBO will be notified.

This 1,500 sq. ft., 2-story home features:

Upstairs: Open-concept living, dining, kitchen, half bath, large deck, and a primary suite, smart TV, en-suite bath, and double sinks.
Downstairs: Queen bedroom with closet, twin bedroom (2 beds), full bath with tub, front entry, and access to garage.

Take a scenic 9-mile drive north to explore the charming town of Seabrook and Pacific Beach.

Black Bear Advisory:
Ocean Shores is home to black bear families. Bears have been seen on the property.
For your safety:
Keep gates closed and pets leashed outside fenced areas.
Stay with children and avoid walking the path alone.
Travel in groups and consider bringing bear spray.
Never leave food outside or in your vehicle.
Please take all leftover food with you at checkout.
