”We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause.”

”My stay was very horrible! I didn't have any TV for the first week and also no Internet during most of my visit! No one came to even check on the room for cleaning or anything! The property wasn't well maintained! During my visit since there were no Internet I still had to take my fiance to another city just for her to work! My visit was very HORRIBLE!!!”

”If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving.”

”Had a very nice stay at the Palace. Eric, the Concierge/Bellman was so friendly and helpful. He helped us to our room, explained everything in the room, suggested places to eat, etc. He was amazing. Our room was clean and I loved that the hotel and casino were smoke free.”

”Great place to to go on a vacation with your kids very clean throughout the whole resort very nice stuff at the pool on. The food was good at the Café.”

”The attendant at the front desk told my daughter that it was a $4 charge per towel when she asked for clean towels. There were little ants all over the breakfast bar. The elevator floor stayed covered in smashed candy and dirt. You could see the black footprints of dirt and grime on the tiled floors. Other than that, it was fine.”

”If you have kids, need any type of assistance this is not the place for you. If you want a close walk and convenient parking. This is not the place. If you enjoy a resort with lots of rules to keep kids from having fun , this is the place. The staff will lie to your face about accommodations. The staff especially Karen in security is the most rude I’ve ever encountered traveling. Lovely resort, it’s clean. Casinos nice. Just don’t expect much. They cater to casino more than hotel.”

”Stayed here plenty of times. Always Consistent. Great place to stay and close to everything. Would recommend if looking to stay near the casinos or ocean springs and save a few dollars!”

”I liked that it came with a 4+ rating. That it is not. The oder in the foyer had the sent of marihuana. One side of the front desk area was for the continental breakfast was totally without lighting so you could not see what would be offered in the morning. . Again there was an oder that was not even covered up by the smell of paint. My group had reserved 4 rooms for a 3 night stay. All four parties canceled their reservations. As of yet I have not been able to get a full refund. I...
