”They shut the elevators off but one long wait time to be able to get to your room.ice machines were broke.the pools were not very clean.not worth the price you pay for it”

”Everything was great there except the elevator hardly worked and they had to fix it several of times. Also when it does work it takes a while for it to get to ur floor because there is only one elevator in the building. Other than that, everything was great”

”Hotelroom smelled like cigarette smoke. We let the AC fan run for 6 hours and it still smlled bad. The floor in the room was dirty, full of sand and food crumbs. ”

”The hotel front desk staff were amazing! They really put in effort to help our stay be wonderful. The property is a bit run down and older, but comfortable. The restaurant? Completely different story. The food is horrible, the wait staff slow, kitchen cannot cook. I wouldn’t waste money on food there. I would stay again, but not eat there ever again.”

”Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond...

”What a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean too. We enjoyed the morning breakfast a lot. All the delicious food was fresh and hot. We definitely will stay at the Sheraton again on a return trip.”

The parking was sometimes inconvenient when the small lot next to the entrance was full and I had to drive up a ramp to look to see if there were any open parking spaces, then turn the car around, drive back down and drive about a block down the street to enter a lot that allowed me...
