”They advertise online that they have a pool and spa and fireplaces in the room. Upon arrival we learn that the pool and spa is under renovation and upon getting to our room we learn that our fireplace does not work. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the view of the ocean was gorgeous, and upon leaving my husband was walking our bags down the stairs and slipped and fell, resulting in scrapes and a swollen forearm. ”Last minute reservation for what I thought was going to be a really spectacular room. Checking in was easy and the front desk gal was AWESOME and SO nice.
However, I was VERY disappointed in our room. We booked the ocean view king room with a deck and private hottub. There was no deck area to watch the ocean as it was taken up by the hottub. The only area to view was from inside the room or in the hot tub. Our room literally sat right next to the public viewing deck for the entire hotel as well...

”The room was clean, and the view was absolutely to die for! Unfortunately, there were a few things that took away from our overall experience.
Families allowed their children to run up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night, which was disruptive and made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. The continental breakfast was also disappointing, as it consisted mainly of packaged foods that guests could take back to their rooms to warm up. In our opinion, this wasn't what we expected...

”There was a weird smell from the cleaner that was used.
Gray sheets and towels was a little strange, im not sure how they can be sanitized. The room was clean, small but had everything we need and the price was great.”
