This joined multi-family home features two separate living areas, each equipped with 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, and 2 living rooms - one upstairs and the other downstairs. Upstairs, you`ll find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, while downstairs offers 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Our home is thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities to ensure it feels like your cozy home away from home.
Unwind by the cozy fireplace, indulging in entertainment through an assortment of board games, card games, or streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. Step outside to the patio of the downstairs dining room, complete with seating, a fire pit, BBQ, and cornhole for outdoor fun. Our home has a max amount of 13 guests. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 13 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 13 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 13th guest.
