The fully remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Gather around the spacious island for breakfast, happy hour, or a home-cooked meal. Complete with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils, it`s ready for everything from quick bites to family dinners.


Bathrooms:
Designed with comfort in mind, the home features a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub, along with a convenient half bath. Premium toiletries, fresh towels, and a hair dryer are provided so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Building amenities:
Nestled at the front of a quiet multi-unit property, this standalone 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath suite offers privacy, comfort, and the convenience of self check-in. Guests have access to a shared, coin-operated laundry room on the first level, making longer stays even more convenient.

Neighborhood:
Ideally located in the heart of South O, you`ll be just steps from local cafés, craft breweries, boutique shops, and neighborhood favorites. Take a leisurely 25-minute stroll to the Oceanside Strand, explore the coastline by bike, or enjoy the best of both Downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad Village, each just a short drive away.


The suite is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, offering complete privacy inside the home. While the property also includes additional units located behind the house that are occupied by long-term residents, your suite has its own separate entrance. We simply ask that guests respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property and neighborhood during their stay.

Street parking:
Ample free street parking is available along Broadway Street, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay.


Street sweeping:
Please note that city street sweeping takes place on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month before 6:00 AM. To avoid a parking ticket, please move your vehicle beforehand or park in Garage F during these times.

Nearby train:
Oceanside’s historic rail line is part of the character of this coastal community. While a 2023 noise ordinance has significantly reduced train noise, an occasional distant signal may still be heard during low-visibility weather or when required for safety.

• No Parties: Absolutely no large gatherings or events.
• Smoking: 100% smoke-free property (no smoking inside or outside).
• Age: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• Pets: Friendly pets are welcome! Please note an additional cleaning fee applies.

No parking in the driveway.
Guests will be charged an additional $500 if keys are lost or not left behind after the stay.
