Our modern home has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This cozy getaway is designed for up to 7 or 8 guests to enjoy, unwind and relax while listening to the sounds of our vinyl record player! This newly constructed home is minutes away from the best tourist attractions such as:

1. Dunn's River
2. Dolphin's Cove
3. Mystic Mountain
4. Margarita Ville

Our farmhouse kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, cookware, and utensils that can be used to make the stay more enjoyable!

*** The space
The property is situated in a newly constructed gated community tucked away in Ocho Rios, with scenic mountain views and views of the ocean from the shared pool area.

The rooms are bright and airy with a minimalist and Scandinavian feel, which provides guests with maximum comfort. All bedrooms have AC units that can be controlled individually along with 42" smart TVs to allow guests to enjoy some alone time with continued comfort.

The living room features a 75" Smart TV, a sofa, and a loveseat with movable seating options (ottomans) to provide maximum comfort. In the event that the blow-up bed is required the coffee table can simply be removed and the bed placed directly up to the sofa to provide another comfortable sleeping option for up to two adults.

The dining room has a spacious dining table with seating for 4, along with seating for 2 at the bar counter. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the small appliances, glassware, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans along with all the spices that you will need to create the perfect meal while spending time with family and friends in this beautiful home.

*** Guest access
All adult guests will be required to provide a valid ID at the security gate in order to gain access to the development.

Guests will have full access to the entire space with the exception of locked cabinets in the washroom and two locked cabinets next to the refreidgerator.

The common area is also available for guests to enjoy which is simply a 1 minute's drive from the unit:

- The Infinity Pool
- Basketball court
- Tennis court
- Kids playground
- Look out point

*** Other things to note
The following services are available at an additional cost and with adequate notice, simply message the hosts to confirm availability:

- Chef services - include breakfast and dinner with standard menu options
(guests are required to purchase meal items separately)

- Change over service - includes changing linens, and towels, as well as tidying
the kitchen by our cleaners.

- Laundry services - includes all personal laundry items that guests would want
to be washed and dried prior to their check-out

- Transportation services - include transportation in and around St. Ann and
any other destination. Airport pick-up and drop-off are also available
