The bright, 65 sqm holiday apartment (non-smoking), furnished with great attention to detail, is located in the attic with a separate entrance.
The reading corner with a winter garden atmosphere invites you to take a seat. You are welcome to choose from the existing selection of books.
In the living room there is a satellite TV and DVD/CD player.
The dimmable ceiling lighting, among other things, creates a cozy atmosphere. However, the existing fireplace (which is no longer allowed to be used due to legal regulations!) creates an atmospheric atmosphere with candlelight.
It also has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area.
In the bedroom, the double bed with adjustable slatted frame (headboard) and comfortable height invites you to dream.
On the partially covered balcony you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with a glass of Riesling wine.
