No Unauthorized Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

You may encounter geckos, lizards, frogs, or other local wildlife around the property. This is completely normal in Florida's natural environment and is outside our control.

Cancellation Policy
We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays.
