Warego Mökki on mökki meidän omaisuuttamme "Stratford", joka sijaitsee sydämessä O'Connell Valley ympäröi Fish joki, 20 minuuttia Bathurst ja 25 minuuttia Oberon

Omaisuus kantaa karjaa, kasvaa lutserniä ja kehittyneitä maisemapuita

Waregon mökki on vanha kunnostettu täysin itsenäinen, mukavasti kalustettu Country Cottage. Se on maalattu täysin vuonna 2019 ja sen ulkopuolella. Nauti maaseudun elämäntavan kokemuksesta.

Se on täydellinen yksityisyyttä upeat näkymät O'Connell laaksoon kohti Fish joki, jossa kävijä on yksityinen pääsy yli 2kms joen julkisivu picnics, kalastus tai rauhassa kävelee.

Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta - 1 queen-size-vuode ja 2 yhden hengen vuodetta, sähköverhot, doonaksit ja kaikki liinavaatteet.

Olohuoneessa on puulämmitin, ilmastointi ja mukavat sohvat rentoutumiseen. On digitaalinen TV, jossa on DVD, & Radio, CD & Bluetooth ja monia aikakauslehtiä, kirjoja ja pelejä.

Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset, jos olet ruoanlaitto perheen paahto tai vain nauttia nopeasti välipalaa.
Ulkopuolella on grilli, jossa on kaasua.

Kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja turhamaisuus, pyyhekuivain, seinälämmitin ja pesukone, jossa on pesupulveri.

Pohjoiseen päin oleva veranta on loistava paikka istua ja nauttia näkymistä tai katsella auringonlaskua.

Mökki on 1 km: n päässä O'Connell-hotellista, joka tarjoaa erinomaisia "Pub" -aterioita ja O'Connell Avenue Cafe, joka on vastapäätä herkullisia aamiaisia ja lounaita perjantaista sunnuntaihin
.
Kuuluisa viileä ilmapiiri Mayfield Gardens on 20 minuutin päässä. He ovat avoinna joka päivä katsomaan kuuluisaa "Water Gardenia" ja siellä on herkullinen kahvila ja lastentarha
 
Jenolanin luolat ovat 1 1/4 tunnin päässä Oberonin kautta

Kalastus on saatavilla omalla yksityisellä Fish-joen rannalla - yli 2 km: n päässä, ja Oberonissa ja läheisissä Chifleyn patoissa. Muuten ota piknik ja nauti joen luonnon kauneudesta. Et koskaan tiedä onneasi - saatat nähdä asuinpaikkakunnan!

Relaxing Country Hide-away...

Unwind and get back to nature and good old Aussie countryside where the horses are your neigh....bours! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Warego! The host, Pennie was more than accommodating with our request of early check-in. The property was well equipped and very clean. The fire-place was such an amusement and experience for us city-folk! Would love to come back and unwind again..

Nice location

2 adults travelling to the mayfield gardens, stayed for 2 nights. We have enjoyed our stay here. The house and furniture are a bit dated, but location is beautiful and very convenient for mayfield gardens visit. The owners have provided a number of nice touches to make it a comfortable and pleasant stay (wood fire, kitchen provisions, music and books, fresh flowers). We enjoyed watching birdlife, sunsets and sunrises from the back deck and the front porch. The night sky was a spectacle too.

Wonderful stay

We recently stayed at Warrego Cottage and our hosts were amazing and the cottage had everything we needed. The setting was very tranquil and quiet with beautiful views. The cottage was clean and comfortable with beautiful cosy fire. Lovely to wake up to farm animals outside your window. We will be back for sure!

Great place for a peaceful weekend

I am so pleased to have found this cottage! David and Pennie, the owners, are lovely and made the communication very easy. We felt like at home in this big cottage where everythinh is thought to make you feel good. The fireplace was a hit for the kids, and the electric blankets in each bed made our nights very comfy! We highly recommend for a quiet weekend in the middle of nowhere :))

The perfect place for a relaxing weekend!

This cottage is perfectly positioned for a relaxing weekend (or longer stay!) away. We loved watching the sun set from the verandah and the gorgeous scenery from the windows. The beds were very comfy and the cottage contained everything we need. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with the host’s artwork. My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home, and can’t wait to return.

A magic experience

Comfy "rustic" cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Warrego cottage. Pennie was very welcoming and had even left vases of roses on our arrival which was a lovely touch. Beds and bed linen very fresh, clean and comfortable. Location was good and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the late afternoon watching the horses birds rabbits and kangaroos. The cottage is well equipped however badly in need of some updating and cleaning. It is very old and shabby.

Weekend stopover

Stand alone country cottage with 270 degree country views from inside. The owners, who live nearby on the property, were welcoming but not intrusive. I enjoyed my time on the north facing deck. The bedrooms and loungeroom are nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional but old. The walk to the river was somewhat overgrown and not particularly appealing during the time of our visit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was a pleasant change of pace following our stay in Canberra.

Fantastic family holiday at Warego Cottage

We, a family of three with 5yo boy, just came back to Sydney from our Christmas vacation in Oberon and surrounding areas for a week. We stayed at Warego Cottage for 5 days and loved every bit of our stay there. It's conveniently located and roughly in between Oberon and Bathurst and it's only a short drive in both directions. There's plenty to explore around the area and the tranquil sceneries are just delightful. The cows and horses are beautiful to watch and local wildlife (birds, rabbits and wallabies) are a huge bonus especially when travelling with kids. The owner's dog is also super friendly and gorgeous. There was everything we needed in the cottage and we even used the fireplace as it was quite chilly in the evening unlike the usual summer holidays we would've expected. Air-conditioning unit's also in the lounge. Pennie and David were very welcoming and thoughtful : Pennie even got lactose free milk for us and flowers in the vase from the garden which was just an extra touch of kindness. I personally spent hours just looking at their beautiful horses and having a walk around the property. Our 5yo son had such a great time while staying at Warego Cottage and we'd love to return as our regular holiday destination in the future. The only criticism I can think of would be the mattress in the main bedroom as my back didn't agree with it. But for the rest it was perfect for us.

Homely stay in retreat in lush green countryside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pot belly fireplace and gas BBQ provided were well used. O'Connell is well worth a visit. Other highlights included trips to nearby Perthville and Rockley.

A lovely cottage in a fantastic spot!

We loved staying at Warego Cottage. The kids loved cycling up and down the farm track every day and saying hello to Monty the dog. It's the first time we've been in the area and we really enjoyed all the museums in Bathurst and the cafes of Oberon. The rail trail from Oberon is a great family bike ride. We will definitely be back!
