In the morning, pack your beach bag and walk the few 100 meters to here sandy beach at Saksild Bay. The mile-long beach invites many families to splash in the shallow water. Let the waves carry you and enjoy the sun on the warm sand.

For day trips, we recommend the city of Aarhus with a lively atmosphere, cozy cafes, good restaurants and several museums, such as the art museum ARoS or the charming open-air museum Den Gamle By. On your way back, also make a stop at the infinity bridge, which reaches far into the sea and creates a special experience for you.
