Beach House – Spacious Coastal Home Near the Sea

Spacious, airy, and well-located beach house. The ground floor features a living room, dining area, open-plan kitchen, bathroom, and a double bedroom. The attic offers two single bedrooms, a small lounge, and a terrace with a barbecue. Wi-Fi is available; the password will be provided upon arrival.



All bedrooms are compact yet cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere.



This is a beach house, so it may be cold in winter and cool at night even in summer, which can cause a slight smell of dampness, though the house is always clean. The property stays cool in summer and cold in winter.



Situated in a small village about 800 meters from the sea and close to local shops.



Guests have access to the entire house except for the storage room, reserved for the owner.



Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest per booking. There is a washing machine (detergent not included). Firewood for the fireplace is not provided and must be purchased if you wish to use it. The barbecue does not include charcoal, firelighters, or matches, but these are easily found in local stores.



If you use the fireplace or barbecue, please leave them clean at the end of your stay.



The house accommodates up to 4 people.



Smoking is not allowed on the property.
