”we were in the hotel for 10 days, for one of them the hotel employees greeted us when we passed through the lobby. no one said anything the other days when we entered the hotel. The breakfast were okay, there wasnt any kind of gluten free option for desserts. The room cleaners didnt talk any english so it was hard to communicate with them.We couldnt even charge our phones or watches while we were eating breakfast becouse the room cleaners took our key, so we needed to survive with one key rest...
