The 45 m² apartment consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 1 person, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, accommodating up to 3 people. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as children's books and board games. The apartment offers a private outdoor area with a garden and terrace including a barbecue facility.



The accommodation is situated in a nature reserve and invites you to go hiking with or without dogs, fishing, swimming, surfing, sailing, stand-up paddling, and boating – ideal for nature lovers. In about 10 minutes on foot, you reach a playground, a kiosk, a table tennis table, restaurants, and a rental for boats and fishing permits. A parking space is available on the property. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed (for a fee, up to 45 cm shoulder height; for larger animals, please inquire in advance). Leashes are required on the entire property. Smoking and hosting events are not permitted.



You have 2 bicycles, 2 e-scooters, and a canoe at your disposal, depending on availability. A lockable shelter for bicycles with a charging facility for e-bikes is available free of charge. The accommodation supports you in proper waste separation.
