”Good location near to the pretty town Obidos, nice well kept property and a feeling of calmness. Good cold breakfast pre-ordered and laid out at a specified time. Unfortunately our arrival was on the day of the massive power outage that affected most of Europe, so normal dining facilities in the area were not available.”

”I really enjoyed the location of this property. I stayed in Room 11 which doesn't really have a view or anything, and it's very compact, but it was perfect for what I needed. The location cannot be beat! Check in really starts at 3pm. I showed up at 2pm, and it was locked, which is totally fine! The breakfast is a prepared bunch of rolls, cheese, meat, coffee drink, jam, butter, and a real Nata pastry. Delicious! I would stay at By the Sea anytime I return to Nazaré. ”

”Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, close to many Portugal highlights. The hosts are truly amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Very good breakfast in the owners' dining hall. It was very refreshing to dip into the pool on a hot afternoon. Altogether, great value for the money!”

Sijainti on ostosten ja ravintoloiden kannalta syrjäinen. Isompaan kaupunkiin Penicheen matkaa 15 km.”

”Walked up from the train station. Beautiful location. Initially confused as to where lobby/ check-in is located because of so many Pousada Vila Obidos signs, but once we located the proper entrance, our experience could not have been better. Pedro is an excellent employee, giving us suggestions, answering questions, seeing us walking along the street and ensuring we were doing well later in the day. Walking along the top of the wall is so fun and you must try a ginja!”
