"My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant time at Canopy by Hilton at Miyako! The place was brand new, personnel were friendly, everything was very clean and the rooftop pool was fantastic (even though the 4000jpy/1hr price for some of the sunbeds was a tad bit pricey in my opinion). The view from our room was incredible, especially the sunset!! You are also able to enjoy it at the rooftop pool where there’s a DJ playing in the evening. The ameneties (gym, laundry, common rooms) were convenient and we were able to use them even after checkout before we departed! We were also able to access the pool area of the Hilton hotel next door which was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the local touch of it. However, there seemed to be some issues with seating the guests since we had to wait around 10 minutes both mornings to get seated, even though there were empty tables that were not cleaned. Additionally, on the first day our breakfast order was also forgotten and we had to ask for it until those were brought to us. Other than that we had a lovely time and would definitely come back. ☀️😊"
