Tämä koti sijaitsee kadun toisella puolella Pineview-säiliöstä ja vain 20 minuutin päässä Powder Mountainista ja Snowbasin Resortista. Tämä koti on helppo kokea Pohjois-Utahin parhaat puolet!

Rinteessä rantaan sijaitsevassa lomakodissa on 1-autotalli ja pitkä lämmitetty ajotie, joten sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia lumen laputtamisesta talvikuukausina! Astu sisään 2 211 neliömetrin asuintilaan ja luo nykyaikainen, mutta klassinen hirsimökki. Upeat luonnonkatemat lähes joka huoneessa, et koskaan halua lähteä!

Aikana seisokkeja, potkia takaisin ja rentoutua olohuoneessa kiven takka, taulutelevisio Smart TV ja 2 pehmeää sohvaa. Lapset rakastavat leikkiä rec-huoneessa, ja niissä on myös mukavat istuimet ja taulutelevisio Smart TV!

Kun ryhmä kasvaa nälkäisenä, siirry keittiöön ja lyö suosikki reseptejäsi. Loppujen lopuksi se on valmis ja koota joko 6 hengen pöydässä tai aamiaisbaarissa nauttimaan laadukkaasta ateriasta.

3 kylpyhuonetta tarjoavat runsaasti tilaa ryhmälle valmiiksi nukkumaan, 2 koteloa Whirlpool-porealtaalla! Rauhalliselle unelle, ota rauhassa makuuhuoneen runsas king-vuode, kun taas kaikki nukkuu kunnolla jäljellä olevissa 3 makuuhuoneessa.

Kanssa Pineview Reservoir kadun toisella puolella, voit helposti nauttia päivän Lakefront loistoa! Käynnistä vesilelut vain tiellä julkisella rampilla ja aseta päivä veneilyyn, putkiin tai vesihiihtoon. Järvi on myös hyvä melonta ja meloa varten!

Jos olet juoksija tai pyöräilijä, hyppää tiellä, joka ympäröi järven. Jotain hieman haastavampaa, useita retkeily- ja maastopyöräilyalueita löytyy koko alueelta, kuten Wheeler Canyon tai Art Nord Trail.

Kesällä voit lyödä Wolf Creek Resort, joka tarjoaa golfkentän, frisbee-golfin, ulkoteatterin ja erilaisia alppitoimintaa. We had such a wonderful weekend at this cabin! Both the kids and the teens had an amazing time. The place was spotless and so well-kept. The lake was absolutely beautiful, and waking up to that stunning view every morning was unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Wedding in Layton

We found the cabin perfect for our stay. There were 3 couples - all family. We are all from upstate New York. We so enjoyed the views from the porch, the spacious living area, user-friendly kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space. We loved the beautiful trail and so close to the cabin. Tyler answered all our questions. Great place to stay! Nothing to do with the cabin but - Utah needs to do a better job with recycling.

High school Graduation-spring break boarding trip

The trip overall was great. The kids had some of their best boarding days on Powder mountain. I highly recommend the huge mountain with endless terrain and ZERO lines. This mountain is not pirated as most are in the states.

Very nice place. Just bring some fans to help you sleep at night. Very busy road and you hear everything. Ran out of Toilet paper, dining table is ready to collapse, screws are barely hanging on. Sink disposal stunk, food rotting in there. Turn up the water heater right when you get there. Plus they tell you to turn it down before you leave so your washing dishes in cold water. Would we stay there again. Absolutely. Price was same as renting 2 rooms for 3 nights and its a very nice place. y to fall apart, screws are very loose. Needs new towels, theres are

House was ok, not as clean as I had hoped for! Location is on a busy road, lots of road noise , some of us had trouble sleeping because of the noise. Did not have control of the thermostats in the house , which I did not like at all, some bedrooms were hot and some cold but we could not control, controled by owner or property manager not sure! Bare minimum furniture in bedrooms, no storage other than hanging in closet. We made it work and had a good week, overall I would rate property as average!

Perfect family getaway

Our family of 7 stayed for a week of skiing at powder mountain and everything was great! Plenty of appliances to stay in and cook meals, plenty of comfortable bed space and close to the mountain. We had a great time.

We had a great time and found the house well stocked with everything we needed for a family of 7. We enjoyed the little extras such as the boot and glove warmers provided. We would certainly stay here again. Our only recommendation is to improve the lighting in the family room.

Decent Place, Enjoyed Our Stay

Good place for a ski trip - we fit 5 adults there with no problem. Comfortable space with comfortable beds and all the expected amenities. Lost power during a storm, but property manager came out to fix the generator. One challenge was the steep driveway right onto a busy road, which was tough with ice. Overall, good place to stay.

Convenient location between Snowbasin & Powder Mountain skiing, close to Eden for food market & coffee shops. Cabin is comfy with spectacular views over the lake. Owners are very responsive & helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ski Trip

We were in Utah to ski at Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. The house is basically between the 2 mountains, 15 minutes away from each so it was perfect for us. The house itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The communication from Tyler and the Evolve team was excellent.

the home was fine. The host responded adequately. But he never followed up on some things to make sure they were addressed or taken care. For instance, we contacted him if the house was ready and could check in early. He responded he would find out. Never heard another word. The house was to be ready at 3PM, it wasn't. We spent several hundred dollars on food. The refrigerator wasn't working properly from day one.We contacted the host again about the issue. We threw away some food. The host said he would get someone to look at it, but that was the last day of our stay. Never another word and no one showed up to inspect frig, threw away the rest of our food. We did buy a thermomoter to check temp also. Should be 37/0, it was 10 plus degrees warmer. The garbage bins were completely full, from the last visit? We put out the bins as instructed and piled up bags around the bins. We enjoyed the area and Utah.

Absolutely perfect house with beautiful views

This house had everything we needed. Teenagers had their own private space, and the kitchen was very well. Stocked views were perfect and location was great communication with the property manager. It was very very easy and the check-in was contactless. Would not recommend for small children.

Came to town for daughter’s wedding

House was just as described and very easy to find. Heater was tricky but luckily weather was perfect. House is noisy (Lots of road noise at night) but very comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We’d definitely stay again!!! The view of the water was worth it

Beautiful Property

We planned a Snowbasin Ski Trip with our Adult Kids and the Cabin was perfect for the 4 couples. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes to cook our meals which tend to be elaborate...bunch of foodies we are! The surprises were: Coffee pot traditional style was there as well as a Keurig and not listed in the listing...an outdoor GRILL!!!! The drive to Snowbasin was 11 miles and took 19 minutes. The main living heats up during the day with the sunshine ! GREAT Time had by all!

Priceless view

This cabin is down right awesome! We wanted to relax and enjoy the UT fall, visit with family, and we sure got it. It was a very enjoyable stay even though I had to work during our stay the wifi was great didn't had any problems while I was working. The contract/owener is great, very nice and answer my questions right away. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.

Reluctantly Reviewing

I say I am reluctant in reviewing this property because it is so special, including the little town of Eden, that I don’t want anyone to know about it except me. This home was spectacular and it had every single amenity that you could possibly need. The proximity to the bigger city Ogden, the tiny quaint little town of Eden, the mountains, the views… I could go on forever about this place. But I was told by Gina at the village market not to say anything so that it wouldn’t become too touristy of an area lol. I am so thankful for all of the hospitable touches throughout the house. Our family lamented leaving, and will definitely come back.
