Currently accepting week-long (Friday-Friday) rentals for the 2025 season!

Unique opportunity to rent the entire (5,089 sf) property - previously the Yardarm Village Inn - which had been welcoming guests since the early 1970s. A stone's throw from Perkins Cove (0.2 Miles) and just a mile walk (or quick Trolley ride!) to Ogunquit Beach (beach chairs included with stay!)- this 10 bedroom, 10.5 bathroom property features multiple spaces to gather and relax, making it perfect for large families and groups for a fraction of a hotel's price!

BEDROOMS:
- 10 Bedrooms (complete details below), each with its own:
*(full!) Ensuite Bathroom with hair dryer
*Fire-stick enabled TV
*Window Air Conditioning Unit
*Peeks of Perkins Cove can be enjoyed from most rooms

LIVING AND OUTDOOR SPACES:
- Two adjoining living rooms are perfect for relaxing (equipped with a cable TV) and hanging out (comfortable seating, tables, and board games!)
- Spacious front porch with wicker furniture
- Side paver patio with adirondack chairs
- Shed where you can store your bikes, paddle boards, etc.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
- Full kitchen, complete with:
*Stainless steel appliances
*Coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, cutlery, plates, bowls
- Outdoor Gas Grill (propane provided)
- Casual dining room, with additional seating options to accommodate a full group

PARKING:
- Parking for 8 cars available

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
- All linens, including bedding and bath towels are provided at no additional charge

- Beach equipment: 16 Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Beach Toys

- Ogunquit Beach (1.1 Miles): **Beach chairs available at property for use!** Rated one of Tripadvisor's Top 10 Beaches in the US - three miles of white sand beaches. Bring a float or boogie board and "ride the tide" out from the river!
- Perkins Cove (0.2 Miles): Picturesque harbor of scenic cruises, sailing and deep-sea fishing excursions in season. Enjoy the shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants!
- Ogunquit Village Center (0.9 Miles): A quaint New England downtown- featuring shops, bars and restaurants!
- Marginal Way: (0.2 Miles- entrance in Perkins Cove) A one mile footpath along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean begins in Perkins Cove and ends in the Village Center!

Charming inn, fabulous location!

We loved our stay at the Yardarm Inn! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Marginal Way. Wonderful communal areas, especially the spacious front porch. This was the perfect location for a multi-generational family gathering!

The Yardarm was a terrific place for our family -- easy to check in, able to walk to the cove and downtown, pleasant rooms, space for those who had to work a bit and those who wanted to do games and puzzles from time to time. We all loved the front porch! The kitchen was well-supplied for all our meals. Altogether a perfect place for our family group.

The property was great! The host met us on our arrival and went through all the details. She also arranged to be at the house prior to our arrival to receive the groceries we had ordered from the Village grocery store. The location was great……we were able to walk to Perkins Cove, the village of Ogunquit and the Ogunquit beach. Access to the trolley’s was easy and close by. A perfect spot for all nine of us!

An anniversary vacation to remember

It seems our family vacation grows every year. it was becoming more difficult to find a place big enough to accommodate all of us. Then we added other family members. The Yardarm Inn was perfect with 10 bedrooms WITH BATHROOMS!!!! The Inn was clean with plenty of space for everyone to get together with games and puzzles for the kids. There were 2 fridges and plenty of kitchen items. This was our 50th anniversary. We set up the long tables from the shed on the giant porch and had a lobster dinner with all the trimmings plus a cake delivered. Then we retired to the living room for a family slide show on the big TV. The grandkids used the available toys at the beach. The location was good for walking to restaurants and shops at Perkins Cove. All in all a wonderful place for a vacation/celebration..

Terrific family trip

The Yardarm Village Inn was perfect for our annual extended family trip. We were a group of 11 with ages from 12 to 84. Everyone had plenty of space. There are multiple communal gathering spaces in the Inn, though we mostly congregated on the fantastic front porch. Perkins Cove was an easy walk. Tracy was terrific, very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely book the Inn again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for the size of our extended family. We really liked that there were many different places for us all to hang out together including the front porch, the living room area and the side yard. The owners were very nice.

Family reunion at Yardarm Village Inn

This was a very convenient facility for our group. We had various members for varying days of stay and the property was very good in this regard. The location is very handy to the shops, restaurants, beaches, and transportation which were important to our group.
