Uskomattomat panoraamanäkymät ja erinomainen sijainti - uusittu uudelleen

Täysin uusittu vuonna 2014.

Rentoudu ja nauti uskomattomista näkymistä merelle ja Ogunquit Beachille yksityisestä kolmannen kerroksen kanneltasi. Pysäköi autosi viikon ajaksi, kun Little Beach ja Marginal Way ovat askeleen päässä yksiköstä. 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä voi olla Perkins Covessa tai Ogunquit Villagessa kaikilla tarjoamillaan ravintoloilla ja ostosmahdollisuuksilla. Ogunquit-ranta on 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä tai on vaunupysäkki, joka sijaitsee kätevästi kadun päässä. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu paikan päällä lämmitetty uima-allas, kaksi tenniskenttää, leikkipaikka ja sekoituslauta. Hissi pääsy.

Yksikössä on kaikki uudet kalusteet vuodesta 2013 lukien täysin varustettu keittiö ja täydellinen uusinta vuonna 2014. Huomaa, että lakanoita ja kylpypyyhkeitä ei toimiteta.

Lovely condo. Comfortable and clean with beautiful views from every room. We walked the short path behind the property to Marginal Way almost every day. Also within walking distance to center of town to eat and shop. Owner responded to our questions quickly. Enjoyed our vacation. Only wish the weather had cooperated better so we could have utilized the balcony.

A Refreshing Getaway

What a way to wrap up the year! The views were incredible and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit is neat, clean and centrally located. We did some sightseeing, shopping, and enjoyed several restaurants...........but mostly we sat quietly and enjoyed the view.

Great Get-Away

We had a fun fall get-away and shopping trip. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view from every room. We come to Ogunquit several times a year. Always in the summer with the whole family and often in the spring and fall as a couple. This was our first time at this property and we hope to come back.

Great Location

This Condo is in a great location and is the perfect one for a couple. Has two bathrooms which makes it convenient for us. The condo also has a Murphy Bed, so could have another couple but we didn’t use it. It is located about halfway from town and also fro Perkins Cove via the Marginal Way. The Deck is great for the view to the beach and water. We were out there a lot.All in All we would try to get this one again if we go back.

Quaint Ocean view stay

Lovely place to visit, put on a lot of miles on the Marginal Way. Beautiful views of the Atlantic. Condo was efficient for our needs. Great that it had two bathrooms. Comfortable and relaxing setting. Nice boat ride with Finestkind boat tours out of Perkins Cove. Lots of shopping and restaurants serving up great food . Everyone very friendly

Beach Getaway

This unit was in a great location within walking distance of most everything. Marginal Way path is literally right outside the door. If the main beach is not your style there are a couple of little beaches within a short walk. The views from the deck are beautiful. The unit was also clean and well appointed.

First visit to Maine

Multi-time repeat customer, awesome as always! The large rooms and ocean views (steps from. marginal way) are spectacular. Always well kept and has everything you need from dishes to cooking items and dishwasher, so relaxing to stay here! The owner and communications are great, so glad i found this place!

Excellent location!

This Condo is the perfect location in walking distance to the South Perkins Cove and to the North Ogunquit with shops and restaurants. We went to Roberto‘s Italian restaurant and again just a 5 min walk. With a full kitchen, we were able to have breakfast and even cooked a dinner with a view to the Bay. The King bed was comfortable, but the Mattress topper has seen better days. We kept rolling to one side. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect Harmony of space and location

The property was located in ideal location just a 2 minute walk to the Marginal Way and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything you needed, it was very clean and well laid out and had a great deck porch for watching the ocean. Did I mention that the view was absolutely beautiful of the entire beach! The grand kids loved the Murphy bed too for their overnight with us!The host, Kathy, was very quick with answers to any questions. We WILL go back!!
