”We’ve stayed at the Grand numerous times. The staff is very helpful and we have always found the rooms to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to the village, Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Our only nitpick is the tv channels are quite limited.”

”LOVED this place. Great location, easy walk to everywhere. Staff was so friendly and the pool, yard, grills, player, hot tub, games were great. Very nice coffee/tea service each morning. Room was large, spotless and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this lovely place.”

”This trip was a last minute chance to get away for our anniversary. We wanted a nice place right out on the water. The Norseman exceeded our hopes. The room was immaculate, no odd odors or stains. The staff were exceptionally pleasant. And the location was all that I had hoped for. What a wonderful weekend we had, thank you so much!”

”Prior to booking, I researched the property and was impressed with the photo showing a full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, toaster, etc. No such kitchen in our room-dorm refrigerator, no toaster, etc. Seemed like a bait and switch”

”Greeted by very friendly staff. Very clean room, bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a couple of chairs on the small but adequate deck to enjoy drinks. Perfect location to walk a short distance to most of what we wanted to do. Easy to walk to many restaurants but still enough away to be quiet. Would recommend and come back again. A/C unit not central air in room was the only downside. Still full of northern old charm.”

”Beautiful motel walking distance from beach. Had a outdoor pool, but the hot tub was out of order while we were there. Cold breakfast was served. That was a nice surprise. ”

”The room was clean and spacious, the balcony with chairs was very nice, with a view of the river on the end of the property. The staff was very kind and courteous, the continental breakfast was very good, with excellent coffee. We enjoyed when we rented a tandem kayak and got across the river to the sand dune, then to the lovely sandy beach. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Ogunquit.”
