Rantamökki, josta on näkymät Sandy Wellsin rannalle ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä yleisöltä # 2 rannalle. Tässä 3 makuuhuoneen kodissa on kaikki tarvittava loistavaan lomaan rannalla. Our second time vacationing at this Wells Beach Cottage. Enjoy watching the sunset over the marsh from the multi level back deck. The interior is roomy. Plenty of room for six adults to spread out. One full bath and half bath with laundry on the main level. A half bath upstairs shared with three bedrooms. Didn't take long to fall asleep at night hearing the tide coming in. Everyone liked the fact there's an enclosed outside shower underneath the deck to quickly shower after swimming. Didn't have to worry about putting the trash out to the curb. The owners pick it up mid week during your stay. Check in and out was easy. The owners are responsive if you need to contact them.

Fabulous week at the beach!

We've been vacationing in Wells for twenty years, staying in the same place each year until this time when our previous rental was unavailable. How lucky we were to find this fabulous home for our family of 6! This house is perfect: the location, the layout, the yard, the little touches in the kitchen.... I could go on and on. We will definitely stay here again rather than returning to our old place. The beds are some of the most comfortable I've ever experienced with a beach rental. There is plenty of room for everyone and the deck/grill out back is the perfect place for watching those glorious summer sunsets. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Location- Location-Location

This home (known as the Ferris Wheel) is a easy minute walk to the Wells white sandy beach! Listen to the ocean, smell the air. 🌊 The home is in a nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood. A wonderful deck is on the back that overlooks the marsh. We used the grill on the deck and had dinner and drinks while watching the gorgeous sunsets. We listened to the birds and enjoyed quality time with our friends and family. The beds are very comfortable, 2 bedrooms rooms have closets 1 also has a dresser and 1 room has a large dresser, no closet. There are pillows, comforters and blankets. You will need your own linens. (Sheets and pillowcases) (The living room has a pull out couch but we didn’t need that so I can’t speak to the comfort of that.) 3 bathrooms made things easy with 2 families. Only one has a shower/tub but the outside shower is very private and we made good use of that as well. We brought our own towels and washcloths but there were some there. Hand soaps and tissues are provided as well as cleaning supplies when needed. Plenty of dishes pot, pans, lobster pot and other amenities for anything you might need. Garbage bags and paper towels provided as well as dish soap and dish clothes and towels. Actually, better equipped than I have ever seen. The front porch made a nice sunny breakfast spot on cooler mornings. Plenty of breeze comes through the windows that surround the whole front and side of the home when it is warm out. Living room is decent size with super comfy couches and a leather chair and large TV. Home has carpet throughout but it was clean. I will mention that the staircase is narrow and steep but quite doable. They do not have air conditioning but the week we were here it was hot and the ocean breeze and fans and that he supplies we ample. There were several. If I had to guess there was one for each room. Host is very attentive, friendly and available if needed. This is a very comfortable, “homey” cottage in a great spot. We all had a wonderful time at the Ferris Wheel. Thank you so much to Walter for sharing your home with us!

Quiet neighborhood right across from the beach. Easy access by public way number 2 approximately 300 ft down the road. Clean, easy check in, plenty of space and huge deck for outdoor dining was a plus! Thanks again!

Fun times with family!

The space was roomy for our family! It was great having a full bathroom, 2 half baths and the outdoor shower was a bonus! The back porch was lovely to watch the sunset! We would recommend this property to others.

Family Vacation

Our hosts were amazing and super responsive! The house was so close to the beach and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. While we didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, it was very spacious. The back deck on the marsh was lovely first thing in the morning and at the end of the day.

Love Wells Beach

Very easy to work with VRBO & the hosts. We know the area quite well & the house was in a great location for access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. - staircase a little difficult for anyone with knee/ankle problems. Overall it was relaxing & great to be by the ocean.

Lovely home, spacious porch and living areas, very comfy beds. Loved the short walk to the beach, 3 bathrooms and really comfortable beds! Cottage was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Owner was excellent with communication. Beautiful sunsets over marsh on back deck.

The perfect beach week

We had an amazing time at the Ferris Wheel last week. Steps from the water- we were at the beach every day and most of it! Our girls loved all the things about Wells I loved as a kid- the not too big (but still exciting) waves, the arcade (masks on and sanitizer readily available!), finding crabs down the harbor and meals overlooking memorable sunsets. The house had everything we needed for meals in and fans at night made for very comfortable sleeping. There was plenty of room to spread out for naps and reading and the breeze and sound of the ocean from the windows was just perfect. We loved it and hope to stay again!

Wonderful stay at the Ferris Wheel

We had a great stay at the Ferris Wheel and would definitely consider it the next time we’re in Wells. Great location - just steps away from the beach access and beautiful sunsets over the marsh. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The home has all the expected kitchen essentials, good wifi, and was very clean. Highly recommend!

Celebrating Start of Summer!

We had a wonderful mini-vacation at the Ferris Wheel!! We found the location to be perfect. The cottage is very clean and lovely. We enjoyed all the big windows to allow plenty of ocean breeze and the spacious deck in the back for peaceful sunset viewing. The outdoor shower and lawn space for yard games were also a huge plus for our family.
