”This hotel is beautiful and historic. It’s the same place mobsters and celebrities from the 20s and 30s stayed. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, the front desk, the spa, and the bar! We even had a conversation with a handyman in the elevator. The rooms are very clean and have a lot of charm. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. I recommend checking out the baths, they are the original from back in the day, with a few modern touches to make the experience better....

”Staff polite , friendly, attentive, great Selections of continental breakfast was exceptional. Enjoyed quiet stay & was able to relax with fur baby so, much better than leaving back at home. A well behaved pet deserves a nice stay with owner and if so, deposit was refunded. Thank you, Red Roof inn, Hot Springs, Arkansas. We'll be back soon. Sincerely, # 102 stay 12/12-12/15 2025.”

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”The room was gorgeous. April was so nice. Her food was delicious and presented beautifully. She was very attentive and and thoughtful!The toiletries were great. We loved the smell and feel on our hair and skin. ”

You have great people representing your fantastic hotel - treat and pay them accordingly- they deserve it!! My room was very clean and worth what I was charged.
