”Had an enjoyable time, room very nice and very spacious but had an odd layout and could have used another chair. Window curtains were very worn and could not be opened, needs new curtain rod & curtains. Will definitely stay here again ”

”The room was good, not great. We will not be staying there again. The toilet did not flush easily, and there was a black line across the TV screen. The room smelled musty when we arrived.”

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”The room was very clean and the whole property looked well maintained. The pool looked inviting, but the high was only around 74 degrees. Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Also a great loaction.”

”Our Courtyard Hot Springs stay was nothing short of impeccable. The property was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offerings at the bar also met our needs. When visiting Hot Springs in the future, we will definitely stay at this property again. ”

”Rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. We only stopped in for a few hours rest before moving on, but reliable and clean and no issues with checking after 12 am. Breakfast was subpar, my only complaint. Everything was as expected from a express”

”The rooms were clean and all of the staff were very friendly (especially Raven at the front desk). The room layout seemed odd with a refrigerator that blocked the light switch and a kitchenette with no table or chairs to eat at. The air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy and the TV channel selection was minimal.”

”Nice and Clean Suites with helpful staff, excellent breakfast (included with your stay), good appliances, dishes and utensils will help you to have pleasant stay! Queen-Size Beds for two need to be in suites, plus improvement on bed comforters and better pillows (too weak pillows do not provide excellent sleep time) are suggested. ”

”We had a washer and dryer in the villa we stayed in which was behind the hotel in some condominiums as far as the hotel itself im not sure. There was pots and pan in the villa as well and a cooktop stove. ”
