”Breakfast was fresh did not have a car Lyft was used for my trip. Staff friendly room older, door that covered refrigerator was hanging, counter top in bathroom was leaning looked like it was going to fall off. No hand soap in room had brought my own. Heat/AC made an awful noise when on made it hard to sleep”

”When I first arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter did not acknowledge me or even speak until I mention my reservation. She also didn’t tell me any of the perks like what time was breakfast? If the pool and Jacuzzi was available the hours I had to ask. The room smelled stale and the tub was not properly cleaned out. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. The breakfast was OK. The French toast was really good. I will also mention the bar attendant lady was really nice even though...

”My son woke up with ants in his bed. The sink would back up when the water was turned on there was no breakfast set up when we arrived the was a water puddle in front of the entrance making it hard for our suitcases the building smelled like marijauna ”

”Overall, the hotel was amazing. The pool was closed for all 3 days we were there with random excuses each day and they kept saying it would be open but never was. So that was my big gripe as my kids were super disappointed. The breakfast was 10/10. The snacks/drinks in the evening was so fun. The lobby area to hang out in was amazing. If the pool was open, I would have nothing negative to say. The staff would not look up from their chit chatting when I asked if the pool was open either.”

” The room was spacious, but the sink wouldn't drain the whole way due to how it was installed With spending close to $1200 for 3 nights and finding out breakfadt isn't included, was pretty bad. To make it worse, they suggested we could go nect door to Holiday Inn for their buffet for about $8 but turned out to be $11.95!”

”Staff is NEVER at the front desk so anytime you need something you’re standing there waiting for them to return. Room is ok, it’s an older hotel and it shows. ”

”The room was not that clean. There was dirt and a large dead spider in the tub. The people in the room next door on our first night were loud all night and were audibly doing drugs. ”

”Unable to use shower due to bath tub filling up faster than it could drain then it took over 30mins to drain and that's a huge inconvenience. The property never contacted me like the worker said someone would and I find that so unprofessional. I posted this picture of the candy on the floor soon as we walked in the room also.”

”Staff was nice I needed more towels and things and they came fast I had a problem with my id at check in but they helped me with everything my stay was a 7 or 8 out of 10 ”

”This was the worst travel experience of life!! After making reservations 28days in advance and reconfirming 16 hours before my arrival . I get a call from Stay America in Brooklyn at my reservation was cancelled! As I getting off the plane in Cleveland. No real explanation given except they were overbooked and I was out of luck !!So I called Expedia and put on hold for 20 minutes only to have the call droppped so tried again with exactly same results and on the third attempt was was to try get...

”From the moment we walked in we wanted to run no floors have been swept there was food on the steps (not on plates) the room wasn’t very clean bathroom was gross we went back to the desk to say we were going somewhere else the girl at the desk was fantastic (wish we got her name) she called ahead and got us into a sister property she went above and beyond it was a lot better the Ramada we realized that the 1st had few stars but we’ve never been disappointed in a wyndum hotel in the past ”
