”We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!”

”The stay was great. The house was way bigger than the pictures show. Nice location too. Close to the zoo and to the aquarium. Will be back hopefully in august if avaliable. Thank you for having us!”

”Great location! Very cute house - well-appointed & clean. Would definitely stay. My only suggestions would be to fix the few cabinets with broken doors in the kitchen and maybe a few smaller blankets for getting cozy on the couch.”

”I loved the scenery it was such a beautiful stay. The cabin was very clean. The only downfall is no service but i wouldnt rate that because overall it was an excellent stay. ”

”Great space for our girl’s getaway with my daughter and sis-in-law. We hiked for hours and after had a great time relaxing together. House layout made it easy to converse no matter where we each wandered, and even though it rained all weekend, we had a fantastic stay!”

”3 Roses Manor is an absolute gem! The house was absolutely amazing and the pictures were spot on. Not only was the house beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean, it was fully stocked for all your needs. I have to say, the back porch was to die for….we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a nice pour of local bourbon in the evening. The host was great and easy to communicate with! We will be back and highly recommend 3 Roses Manor to anyone looking to...

”Phil was great at communicating and responding. The Victorian home was as described. You got the modern conveniences with the Victorian vibe all in one. Clean and plenty of amenities and extra blankets which I was grateful for. While it was secluded in the back, I would have liked blinds or shutters on the big bay windows for privacy where the kids were on the sleeper sofa. Otherwise it’s was perfect!”
