”Such a great place to stay for a downtown event!”

”Great location, the garage was perfect for what we needed though it is narrow and unless you back in difficult to park in. House had everything we needed. Only criticism, there were long curly hairs behind the master bathroom door I am assuming from the previous tenant and towels and sheets in the dryer still. However everything else appeared to be clean, the coffee station was great, and the beds were comfy.”

”Great location to John Carroll. Had a great stay. Very informative host.”

”Anna was great with communication, and checking in was completely seamless—no hangups at all getting to or into the property. We were greeted with a card, cookies, and cheese, which was a much-appreciated touch. The house itself was extremely clean, solidly built, and clearly well taken care of by the owners. We had eight people across three families, and the layout gave us plenty of space. This was not only a more economical choice than booking three separate hotel rooms, but clearly the better...

”Property is as advertised. Short drive to several hiking trails in the area. Road the house on is quiet and relaxing. Outdoor space is amazing with beautiful flowers, humming birds galore and pretty stream on the property for kids to play in. You can tell the owners cherish the property and take well care of it. We did not use the blackstone grill, but I did open it up and it was exceptionally clean. Host provided lots of firewood for a fire and even left us lighter fluid to use. Beds...

”The Coop was a great house. It was very clean and it had everything you needed. The wrap around porch was wonderful. We loved the propane fire pit and the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.”

”A few things were a little wonky, door knobs, slanting floor, but it was really clean and the bathrooms were modern and the beds very comfortable and a nice kitchen. Owner quite nice and helpful. That was enough for us.”

”The location was great, but the area was not great. A lot of homeless and not an area I would be comfortable walking in at night. The garage is very tight to get into, but it worked. The house did not seem to be over 1700 square feet and there were no windows in the bathrooms. The washer and coffee maker worked great, which is all we used.”

”July 2026- we had a wonderful time at the guest house. The house and property were well maintained and accommodations were nice. Accessing the property was easy with keyless entry. The host left her personal contact information incase we had any problems. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to many tourist locations.”

”The place is excellent and the location works really well, everything in the downtown is close.”
