”Clean, great location, kind staff”

”We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Oselya. Hotel is more like an high class bed and breakfest whit only 7 rooms run by one family. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms were modern and interior was romantic but not tacky. The garden was gorgeus and one of the best parts was having breakfest in the garden. Hotel staff was very helpfull and spoke great english. The transportation service from and to airport was great and easy to use. Hotel is located out of the city center, but a bus+metro takes...

”Neljäs kerta samassa hotellissa ja varmasti seuraavakin reissulla valitsemme tämä Ibis. Erinomainen sijainti rautatieaseman läheisyydessä ja vain 2 metro pysäkkia Kuovan keskuskadulta. Siisti hotelli, hyvät tilat, ravintola, henkilökunnan kielitaito. Sopivaa hinta ”

”Close to a park in a neighborhood. Places in walking distance for groceries and food.”

”The staff didnt open the door, was propably sleeping, water pressure was poor, and first just cold water. When complained about this, the answer was that just think it's ok to use cold. There was no instructions for using the safe, staff didnt know how to use, neither Did the manager. Then they gave all keys for all safes in the place. Same money can get a decent hotel from the area, dont go here.”

”Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. When I needed help all I had to do was send a message and the manager answer me immediately. Thank you for the relaxing experience. I appreciate everything you did for me and needed the rest. ”
