”Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....

”Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block.
Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in.
Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after.”
