- 1 separate WC with washbasin
Upstairs:

Enjoy a bike storage room, terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue. The 1,200 m² grounds are fully fenced.

All shops 5 minutes away. Beauval Zoo is 15 km away. Loire Valley castles (Cheverny, Chambord, Chaumont, Blois) are within 15–35 km.
