”We were there for 3 days and had to complain about the hot tubs not functioning twice. I was told by a local that has an out of season pass to use facilities that one of the hot tubs had been broken for many many months. Why not just put a sign out that is a kiddie pool and call it done? Why keep calling it a hot tub when everyone on your staff knows it will never have hot water in it? Why put staff and guests through a continuous "Is the hot tub working" loop? Why have staff lying to guests...

Kitchen is well equipped, and the clothes washer/dryer were great. One of the things that stood out was all the extra linens and pillows! Such a nice touch to make sure everyone is comfortable!
