Chalet't – Okanagan Valley

”Lovely clean accommodation.”

”We had a wonderful 3-night stay here. The location is ideal—close to downtown and very convenient. The property was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!”

”Water was off for half a day. Restaurant was no open for two days for supper.”

”Fans blowing all night long. There must have had a flood. Also their air condition systems couldn't be louder”

”Overall it is a nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The main road/hwy outside is somewhat loud even with the windows and blinds closed. The hot tub did not hold water in room 420 and the motion lights in bathroom were a bit annoying.”

”Super helpful staff. I even had to change rooms after the first day. They made the switch seamless. The room I moved to was only a few doors down and they gave me a late check out and early check in as well. I even left a cell phone charger in the first room and they promptly recovered it and delivered back to me. Zero complaints !”

”The staff was lovely and always greeted us with a smile . Our room was very clean including the bathroom and fridge .. overall the hotel was quiet except for the odd noise from the rooms above but not unexpected . The breakfast was ok .. bagels were a bit dry and lacking structure but it’s a hotel breakfast . The kitchen was kept clean”

”Spacious room and everything was comfortable”
