”The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The service in the restaurant was very slow, brought us the wrong food after waiting so long. The rooms were very nice, shuttle was good getting to airport. Last time though we waited forever for them to pick us up. Ended up taking taxi to get our car. Hopefully it is better this time when we get home. ”

”The Hyatt is located in a great spot - very close to downtown, Prospera Place and the waterfront. The King suite room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't try the in-house restaurant but there is food available - breakfast is $11 per day for guests. Free underground secure parking is available. Staff are lovely, making check-in and check-out a breeze. This was my second stay and I will definitely return.”
