”Pros: staff was pleasant; great frig in the room; AC worked well; convenient to Lake Okeechobee. Small Coffee maker in room. Cons: property and room need extensive maintenance and updating. Live roach in bathroom; old stain on sheet. Towels very old in appearance. No breakfast, even simple continental.”

”Pool was enjoyable. Loved seeing all the wildlife. All the other guests were very helpful and friendly!”

”Everything was great except the pool and there was no towels, washcloths. Master bed was pretty small ”

”The place needs a lot of TLC. Would not rent out in current conditions. Also, fridge was dirty and used bars of soap were left in bathroom. Back patio was filthy with dog dirt footprints. The shade for the kitchen window was a black trash bag and also owner lives on property in an RV. Would call to us from his RV on how things were. First I felt we had no privacy and second afraid to take my shoes off or use anything on property.”

”The house was very clean. It had everything that you would need to prepare a meal, take a shower or bath, or do a load of laundry. The bed that we slept in was very comfortable. The towels are very soft and big. Not like the sand paper ones you get in some places! We enjoyed our stay. Very nice neighborhood. ”
