”Upon arrival at 4:30pm on Fri 3/13 I was told our room was not ready and we would need to wait about 30 minutes. I told the young man we needed to get changed because we had an event at 6:00pm. ”The staff upon check in was nice but the reservation didn’t allow for the Hilton check in app (digital key) as my email indicated, so the extra time at a late night check in was inconvenient. ”The AC and hot water works great. The pool had stuff floating in it. Jets in hot tub was not functioning properly. The front desk personnel were the west part of the stay. One girl who was there when we checked in and was the only person who kept the service from being poor. The other 3 people I dealt with were rude and when you ask them a question they referred you to the manager, who according to the name tag was the person I dealt with last”

”The staff is the best part of this place. The room was nice, comfortable and clean, not overly larger but nicely appointed. But the desk clerk at check-in went out of her way to put us in a quiet spot and then gave us recommendations for dinner. Housekeeping cheerfully supplied extra pillows and a blanket.
