”Upon arrival at 4:30pm on Fri 3/13 I was told our room was not ready and we would need to wait about 30 minutes. I told the young man we needed to get changed because we had an event at 6:00pm. We finally got checked in around 5:05pm. The room was not satisfactory! Lighting was horrible - the room was dark even with all lights on. ”The AC and hot water works great. The pool had stuff floating in it. Jets in hot tub was not functioning properly. The front desk personnel were the west part of the stay. One girl who was there when we checked in and was the only person who kept the service from being poor. The other 3 people I dealt with were rude and when you ask them a question they referred you to the manager, who according to the name tag was the person I dealt with last”
