There’s certainly plenty of seating for everyone in this space, perfectly designed for the whole family to enjoy. There’s a Smart TV with Netflix and Chromecast, games and toys for the kids, WIFI for those who want to stay connected, and to top it all off, a heat pump to keep it just the right temperature all year round.

Pet owners will be pleased to know that their furry family members are welcome to come on holiday to Escape to the Lake, and they can even curl up and relax inside with you.

Boat owners should definitely bring their vessel with them to Escape to the Lake, the generous sized yard and shared driveway provides parking, or you can simply launch it at your very own boat ramp and leave it in the water!

Lake Rotoiti is an ideal spot to holiday if you want to enjoy the family and adventure activities of Rotorua, without the city feel. With a lakefront location offering a safe, shallow swimming spot, we think you’ll be spending most of your time in or on the water, but there’s also plenty to keep you occupied nearby, such as the Okere Falls Park and Hamurana Springs. And, if the need arises for some modern convenience, you’re just 25-30 minutes from Rotorua and Papamoa for restaurants, cafes and shops.

Please note that the property is supplied with tank water, which is safe for drinking. However, guests are welcome to bring their own water if they prefer.

As the property has unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children and pets while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

The depth of the water at the boat ramp is dependent on lake levels and may not always be suitable to launch a boat. Another boat ramp into deeper water is available 50m away.
