”We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

”Upon arrival and after receiving the keys for the room, went to my room to find it was dirty, like not cleaned from the prior guest at all. Went back to front desk, the gentleman helping me was very kind but they had no more suites available and was only able to stay in a regular room which was fine, they told me I would be compensated for the difference but have yet to hear back on anything. ”Location was the best thing about this stay. Right off the highway and everything we visited during our stay was 15 minutes away. Issues with the elevators and being on the 4th floor was a major concern and then you prayed your door cards worked. I had to get them replaced several times during our stay. A cooked breakfast was provided but you HAD to be there early or it was gone. They did not restock any items. I noticed many people lived there, most were friendly, but I feel they were able...

”Overall, a good stay. Hotel was as advertised—nothing more, nothing less.”

”The staff were exceptional, even though most did not speak English. The rooms were very average. Our room had a door to the outside and an interior door (odd). Everything seemed damp the whole time, but, that could just be because it was so humid and we are not used to that. Breakfast was terrible both days we stayed. If you choose this place, be prepared for going elsewhere after you try it!”

”needs major renovations , whole place smelled musty and damp, water from the shower gets all over the bathroom floor if you don't have the head practically hitting the wall, the pillows are HORRIBLE and the size of a small throw pillow, also watch your license plate, mine was stolen overnight.”
