We chose not to stay at this property after arriving and discovering the advertised third bedroom was very misleading compared to the listing photos. While it may technically qualify as a legal bedroom, it was extremely small, had only a tiny window, and a very shallow closet space. The photos created a much different impression of the room’s actual size and usability. The property manager was aware of our circumstances before arrival. We were traveling with five adults and two young children, ages 2 years and 3 months, while also dealing with my wife being hospitalized. Because of this, having accurate accommodations and a safe environment was especially important to our family.Additionally, less than a block from the property, we witnessed someone actively using drugs with a needle on the curb as we were leaving the area. Given the situation and the presence of our young children, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying at the property.Future guests, especially families, would benefit from more accurate room representations and better transparency regarding the surrounding area.
