The covered south balcony is directly accessible from the kitchen and living room and offers sea views as well as a table and chairs – a pleasant place for outdoor meals or relaxed hours with a view. A separate access ensures privacy.



A parking space is available at the property. Washing facilities are provided via the communally usable washing machine at the landlord's. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted.



The accommodation is located only 100 m from the gravel beach, while supermarket, restaurants and the town centre are conveniently accessible on foot. The airport is located approximately 7 km away.
