Staff was awesome and food was great. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Loved my stay in Nakatsugawa and will definitely come back.

The property itself is so beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were as described and actually quite large. We really enjoyed the balcony. Note all rooms are smoking but as a non smoker it did not really bother me after they they used the spray.
