”2 items: We suggest you have some gluten free items on the breakfast bar. And we reserved a 2 night stay but could only use one night. We were not allowed a refund for the 2nd night. Therefore we ended up paying double for our one night stay. Ridiculous!!! We tried to cancel our 2nd night and you refused a refund???”

”Don't have a complimentery breakfast. But they do have a good selection for purchase and snacks.”

”The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay.”

”Hotel room was great. Staff were kind and helpful. Pool was a lot of fun but a little chilly. The breakfast area was very clean and provided a wide variety of options. Our family would definitely return. ”

”The front desk woman, Silk, gave us awesome food recommendations and helped us book a suite perfect for our family of 5. Great room, close to tons of great restaurants. The expedia listing stated there was a arcade/game room which actually just means the basketball court fyi”

”The room was decent but dated. Walls and headboard needed to be wiped down. The toilet needs to be replaced: it did not flush correctly and was entirely too low to the ground.”

”The old saying goes- You get what you pay for. The room reeked of smoke, was dingy, and the hot tub looked unsanitary. We literally walked in and walked right out. If a hotel room that’s old, filthy, and smoky doesn’t bother you, then you’re probably fine. The front desk person was very kind and helpful.”
