”On arrival, the staff advised my partner and I that there was a issue with the room that was booked and were upgraded to the Bowie room. The staff advised about about the restaurants close by. ”It was very noisy. Earplugs were provided, not a good sign. The room was too small for a king size bed. The wi-fi didn’t work. We were on the top floor and the stairs were very steep.”
