”Check-in was really easy and check out was very easy. They employ so very nice and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

”The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. What we didn’t like was the food. It was terrible and we couldn’t chew it. Even the bread was stale or old. It was turkey sausage and eggs were rubbery. We had to go out for breakfast. Also the pool was closed due to chemical imbalance. The water was so cloudy so we couldn’t swim. We ended up leaving early to go home.”

”Pictures are very outdated, unexpectedly had to pay fees for early check in after calling the day before to verify. Not enough parking, cleaning staff will open your door even with the dead bolt locked (we were sleeping). Beds were rock hard, tv only had 4 or 5 channels. We will definitely not be staying at this place again. ”

”I didn’t like the fact that my room wasn’t clean when I went out and was gone all day and for the cleaning person to lie and say I put the disturbing sign on the door was horrible and a lie the bathroom ceiling was cracked and the curtains had holes in them walls had been scratched up it was a mess and my daughter who is disabled didn’t even have a clean towel to use or enough towel for the both of use one towel one rag it was the worst ever and I would like a full refund”

”Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...

”El lugar limpio, el desayuno me pareció con muy pocas opciones y repetitivo nada natural, el staff amable, no dan el servicio de limpieza a la habitación a menos que llames la noche anterior, el desayuno empieza a las 7:00 am, la piscina no estaba operativa, el hotel es muy anticuado.”

”It didn't seem like anyone had swept the room because of hair and dirt on the floor, couldn't use the kitchen because there was no pots or pans and I was not buying any. There was less outlets in the room I had compared to other rooms.There was 3 of us in our room and I had to beg for enough towels for the 3 of us. We were there Memorial Day weekend and the pool wasn't open and the front desk lady seemed very mean about it.......she said it opens Memorial weekend, so I asked to verify also...
