”The hotel was dirty. I booked 8 months ahead of time for son’s graduation. I got there they said they didn’t have a room for me. After a while I was told they got me a room but the next day I’d have to move rooms but they’d have to find one. I’d never stay again.”

”Shawn at the front desk was amazing! He was so accommodating and went above and beyond for all guests! Staffing wasn’t ideal, and you could tell that they were understaffed. Breakfast was served every morning at 6 AM. The kids had a blast at the pool area. Now, as far as the room goes. They were clean, but due to the high volume of guests and inadequate staffing it was hard to keep up with towels & wash clothes.”

”The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose.”

”I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it”
