”This place was unexpectedly great. It’s only a few years old but it’s been well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym is very well equipped. The pool, while small, is nice and not overly chlorinated. And the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and a great alternative to the much higher priced spots in Bend.”

”My husband and I stayed five nights. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels, etc replenished daily. The breakfast variety was excellent and very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. I used the laundry facilities while we were there and found it convenient and easy to use. Th staff were very helpful. We would stay there again.”

”Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an easy walk to the Fairgrounds! We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchen and had a creek view. It was a great room with two TVs, a couch, desk, and double sinks. It was perfect for a girls weekend! Thank you to the super friendly front desk staff :)”

”The room was clean. The hotel was definitely outdated. The breakfast consisted of cereal, oats and bananas. Yogurt and milk were an extra charge. Location was convenient and you couldn't hear the highway much”

”The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

”Our room was clean, just some molding by the bathtub that was cracked and was not appealing in the cleanliness department. As far as customer service goes, we asked for an extra blanket and were told they were out of them in a very rude tone like the employee was just exhausted and had been asked too many questions. When we went to check out (assumingly the manager) was literally YELLING at an employee telling them how terrible they were and how they keep making mistakes. HUGE turn off for...

”The location of this property on the river was amazing! The trail to take you down to walk along the river is right outside! Gorgeous!!!”

”The property is GORGEOUS! The exterior grounds are immaculate and well-manicured. The juniper trees everywhere were lovely. The property is so much more expansive than I could have imagined. I believe they said 1800 acres when we checked in. The great part of that is there are lots of places to spread out and enjoy. The downside is that in order to enjoy all the amenities, (the gym, sauna, infinity pool, indoor pool, etc.) you have to drive to different parts of the property. On-site restaurants...

”Our sink drain was super slow and the toult was running. Asked for it to be fixed while we were out, but came back to nothing having been done and no communication about it. Breakfast ended at 9am SHARP. No flexibility. Would have been nice to have a little extra time.”
