”We had a great time on our trip to the mountains! Our host was very responsive to a few questions we had, and added several sweet personal touches to our stay that made the house cozy and welcoming, especially for my kids. We hiked the Catawba Trail, spent some time in nearby Black Mountain, and made s'mores by the firepit. It was a great weekend getaway for a family. ”

”This place is FANTASTIC!! It's quiet, peaceful, and has incredible views of the mountains. Don't let the drive up intimidate you because it is worth it!! The hosts are so nice and have paid attention to all the details that made staying here special, from the automatic nightlight in the bathroom to the games in the living area. I have now convinced myself I need a small cabin tucked high in the woods because I didn't want to leave. Black Mountain and Montreat are small towns with so much charm...

”What can I say? Perfect. Not a singular complaint. The hosts were amazing. The cabin was exceptional, with a private balcony, amazing tub, comfortable bed, high-quality bedding and furnishings. Our cabin had a kitchen with everything we would need. The property was exquisite and the saltwater pool and hottub were highlights. Firepit and grill station were clean and inviting. ”I want to tell everyone that this cabin was just “meh.” But the only reason to do so would be to increase my chances that it is available next time I come to the area. This is a great secluded cabin with ample space and thoughtful and comfortable furnishings. Kind and attentive hosts.
