”This is a well maintained older property. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and did not smell! The beds were so comfortable and seemed new! Very nice continental breakfast. The only drawback would be the indoor pool. Cloudy water, heater, not working, probably very old. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.”

”Our room was completely unclean. The surfaces were sticky and there was first and stains all over the walls. The beds had brown and orange stains all over the sheets and mattress. Additionally, there was evidence of there possibly being bedbugs such as small bite stains and bugs around the room. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, stained, and the building as a whole had seen far better days. The staff were locked behind a dividing door and window and often not present at the office.”

”I stayed in La Quinta hotel because they accepted my small dog. The hotel looks like it had new carpet and new coat of paint, but it was smells like mildew. Breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt and fruit. I won't stay here again. Can't think of anything positive other than close to restaurants and express way.”

”The property was not at all maintained. There was a stench of smoking in the lift, in the corridor and in the room. The carpet had a bad smell. The floors were dirty. All the faucets in the bathroom were loose and almost broken. I was scared to touch them in case they came out and broke they will charge me for breaking them. I wonder if Wyndham has any policy on inspecting the properties at all In all a bad experience. Will not recommmend”

”The mattress was so stained it was the color of rust. The entire room smelt like an ashtray me and my partner stayed for about five minutes and left and got a different hotel. The conditions of this hotel clean nor safe and it is laughable that they are charging anything for people to stay here.”

”Room was clean. Staff were incredible and helpful. The motel also seems to be in a decent part of town with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.”

”Rooms were very clean but no amenities such a microwave or coffee pot. The room did not even have a chair to go with the little desktop area. I am also looking at my checking account attached to the payment method and the 50.00 deposit was taken before I arrived which is normal but was taken again along with my payment at checkout.”

”The Fairfield and North Little Rock was very clean and the wind was very comfortable. I love the big walk-in shower the air conditioner very well, which is very important to me. I like that they had a refrigerator so I could keep cold waters. The free breakfast was also very good. The food was fresh and the coffee was really good. I like to start my day with her nice hot coffee and there was good coffee. It had a nice indoor pool. It’s close to several restaurants and also shopping so there are...
