The room was filthy. My husband and I checked in and I began our usual hotel routine of wiping down light switches, the counter, toilet, and floors.
But the place was disgusting.
1. I used the hotel soap and put it beside the faucet. When I picked it up again, the bottom side had black and brown smears on it.
2. The wipes used to clean the countertop ended up brown

”Pool was closed. Hot water was almost gone: boiler etc not working properly. Towels stained, bathrooms not clean, floors not clean. Beds were very nice. Breakfast was tolerable but missing things that were posted but not filled. Staff was polite and informed us of the issues but offered no discounts. The property was dated and needs some cleaning and repairs to the interior of rooms...wood work, floors details that people notice. ”
