”We had a nice stay. Was disappointed to find that they charged me $25 per night as a pet fee. There was no mention of the additional charge on the site. The pool was a little messy but we have had an abundance of rain in the area recently! At check-in, there had been a power disruption and their computers went down. It took us about 45 minutes to check in. Overall, I would stay there again.”

”I stayed one night on a road trip, easy to find and park, extremely friendly staff. Extrapoints for great lightning in bathroom to do make up, most hotels have too dark lightning. Ac woke me up at night even though it was off, sounded like an 80' diesel motor, but other than that everything went great.”

”Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.”

”Beds were nit made, bathroom was not clean, dirty towels everywhere. I checked in around 11 PM, and the room they provided me was basically not touched. I told the front desk she wrote a note and said she doesn't have cleaners. I shed for a refund, she said it was booked via expedia and I need to request it through expedia. Very terrible experience”
