”Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed. Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. The hot tub area was surrounded by outdated tile, and the flooring did not...

”I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

”There was no pool. Staff was not as welcoming this stay which was disappointing. No ice machine”

”The staff were very friendly from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. It was very easy to control the temp in the room to make it comfortable. The continental breakfast was great too. ”

”The sheets in the first room had hair and both queen beds were sunken, and you can feel parts of the mattress springs. The front desk quickly gave us another room and that room was wonderful. When it was first opened it definitely offered great value, now it seems they have cut corners, and that's a shame. ”
