”The staff were nice, but the room smelled awful. I wasn't sure what the smell was, old smoke possibly. The bed barely fit in the odd shaped room. The floor was tile and felt unclean. When I pulled back the top sheet on the bed there was dirt in the bed. There wasn't a way to plug in my phone charger near my bed as the only side table was up against a door to another room with no outlet nearby. The walls were so thin that I was kept up well past midnight from the party that was going on next...

”very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...

”The lodging was perfect for our stay. It was in close proximity to a great market and the Breachway. Check in was very easy, the room was very clean and had plenty of sets of towels and derivatives. Comfortable small room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Happy staff....happy customer. Good luck with the beautiful renovations!”

”The hotel itself is small and so the rooms are pretty small as well. Especially the bathroom in the room. The sink was located outside of the bathroom due to its small size. There was a terrible smell in our room. It smelled really musty in comparison to the hallway and lobby. We tried febreze and Lysol, but it was no match for the stench. We also had to ask for extra pillow and linen although the room itself featured a pull out couch. But no extra linen in the room to utilize the pull out bed....
