Welcome to our cozy, second-story studio in the heart of Old Orchard Beach! Located just steps from the miles of sandy beach and beautiful rolling waves. Our private end-unit condo is the perfect home base for your beach vacation, with the iconic pier just a short walk away. Enjoy the bustling hub of activity with a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions, including an arcade, amusement park, and nightlife. And with our prime location, you're about 10 minute walk away from all the fun!


Despite its small size (under 300 square feet), our boho surf-inspired studio is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, 4-burner stove, and a coffee/tea station. The kitchenette has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including cookware, basic spices, dishes, utensils. If you don't feel like cooking, fear not! You're just minutes away from a variety of local restaurants that serve fresh seafood and other tasty dishes (we personally love the poutine!)


The studio also features a full-size bed with a comfortable mattress, soft linens, and LOTS of fluffy pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day at the beach. Additionally, there is a convertible sofa that can accommodate an additional guest (for a more cozy experience!) This listing is perfect for a small family, couples, or a few friends looking for a memorable beach getaway, and a comfortable and charming home away from home. Plus if you need more than one room, we can connect you with other owners in the building to book additional rooms for larger groups!

if you're in the mood for some classic fun, we've got you covered with an assortment of board games, and books! Additionally, we offer complimentary WiFi, so you can stay connected (while pretending to be disconnected) on your beach vacation.


As a guest of our building, you'll also have access to a common room space for gathering with fellow vacationers. This space is perfect for enjoying a game night (ping-pong table included) or hanging out with family and friends. The building also provides complimentary washers and dryers, making it easy for you to keep your beach towels and clothing clean throughout your stay.

We do want to let you know that our suites are located near the train tracks that run through OOB. But don't worry, the trains don't come by too often and they can add a bit of excitement to your beach vacation (and hey, maybe even a cool photo op).

Last but not least, the studio has one parallel parking space in the rear of the building, and Milliken St Parking Lot is only 1 minute away!
